Additional fees :  Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order. Import duties, taxes, VAT, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. I will not be able to refund shipping on orders that are not accepted because of these fees.
Exchanges & Returns Policy : I pack every order with great care, but if you get a broken or a wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and a refund or replacement can be arranged. If you ordered the wrong size and would like to do an exchange, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that I will not be able to offer an exchange or a refund if the size you need is out of stock. if an exchange is possible, the shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Please make sure to read the measurements carefully and feel free to contact me anytime if you need help choosing the right size for you. I will not accept exchanges, returns or refunds if an item is not what you expected or if you have changed your mind.
Delivery times : Please allow 3 to 14 business days from payment for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are sent using Japan Post and it can take anywhere between 3 days and 2 months to arrive to certain countries.
Accepted payment methods : If your order is over 15,000¥ before shipping and you would like a payment plan, please contact me through the contact form of this website and I will make you a custom listing after we agree to the terms. Payments can be spread over a maximum 3 months. Payment plan orders are only shipped after the full payment is received. I currently only accept payments through Stripe and Paypal.
